i actually love my pre-seasoned lodge frying pans which live on my stove top but am open to replacement suggestions. so it is mainly pans for veggies, stocks, sauces, rissotto, etc. i've seen the aluminum pans at the catering supply store, but wonder about exposure to all that aluminum? any suggestions?
